What keyword would you type in if you are searching online for a real estate agent?

Say you are a first time buyer looking for a real estate agent. What key words would you FIRST type in to Google.com/ca to find a real estate agent in your area? I'm doing a research project to see what first comes to mind when buyers are looking to find an agent.

    'real estate Chicago Illinois' for example. Real would be the first word because they would type in real estate

    REAL ESTATE AGENT and the city/state.
