what does keyword mean for posting videos on youtube?

It ask's me for a keyword and i need atleast one what does it mean. What should i do or how do i figure out a keyword?

    keywords are used as meta-data, meaning that they group similar content that appears when people look for sth. for example if your film is on ghosts and you write ghost as a keyword then when sb wants to find videos for ghosts your page will also appear. if you do not use keywords your page never appears!!
