I want to find a total for the number of keywords used on Twitter. For example, if I type in pizza, it would populate the total number of tweets with the word "pizza" in them for that day. Any websites or services like that?

I installed a Word 2003 add-on that uses a particular shortcut Ctrl+Shft+M for it's macro. But somehow, in my installation the shortcut is disabled so I assumed the key combination is being used by another thing. How can I find which one?
Note. I don't know the name of the Macro I want to link to the shortcut so I can't do it manually.
